The Front Office department is looking for a Receptionist to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel.

The Montague on the Gardens Hotel is a stunning four star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s elegant Bloomsbury. This wonderful hotel features 100 individually designed bedrooms and suites, an established bar, two conservatories, a wood deck terrace, one restaurant and several function rooms.

Key responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:

  • Checking guests in and out according to the law and hotel standards 
  • Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties 
  • Handling reservation enquiries
  • Acknowledging regular guests and VIP’s and their requirements
  • Reconciling banking at the end of each shift 
  • Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic applicants who are willing to learn. You should be flexible to work an early, middle, late and on shifts, five days out of seven. Early shifts starts at 7am - 3.30pm, middle shifts starts at 9am - 5.30pm, late shifts at 1.30pm - 10pm and on shifts starts at 8am - 8pm.
