Put a little sparkle into your Afternoon Tea. Right now at The Montague we are offering free flowing Champagne. Starting at 12.30pm on Sundays for £59.00 per person, guests will enjoy as much Champagne as they please while they relax in the conservatory with their delicious afternoon treats including sandwiches, scones, pastries and cakes.
Sunday Afternoon Tea Walks
Enjoy a unique way to savour the essential English tradition of afternoon tea. Situated in London’s historic Bloomsbury, The Montague on the Gardens Hotel is hosting a series of enchanting Sunday Afternoon Tea Walks. These unique events provide a wonderful opportunity to learn about the history of afternoon tea combined with a walking tour of some of the most historically significant landmarks in literary and Georgian Bloomsbury, which forms part of the Bedford Estates.
Sunday Afternoon Tea Walks commence at 12.30pm from outside the Montague on the Gardens Hotel. The tour of Bloomsbury will take approximately one hour and guests will then return to the Montague to enjoy our award winning Afternoon Tea menu, complete with a talk on the history of this most English of traditions in our beautiful conservatory.
Our Sunday Afternoon Tea walks are priced at £35 per person.

It is time to go green and wish 'céad míle fáilte' to your friends and colleagues. Chef Martin Halls will be preparing a traditional menu, including Irish stew, smoked salmon with lemon and soda bread and Boxty with various fillings. All washed down with a Guinness, it's a great way to celebrate the most famous of all Saint's days!

Say 'thanks, mum' in style this year with our specially created Mother's Day menu in The Blue Door Bistro. Accompanied by a glass of "Mumm" Champagne and a special gift for all mothers, sit back and let yourselves be thoroughly pampered. Can't make it on the day? Then join us for our very special "Make it Magical" afternoon tea from the 8th to the 10th in the conservatory instead, served with hibiscus Champagne.

Tutored Cigar Tasting Dinner
Cigar aficionados can now enjoy some of the finest cigars during our tutored tasting evenings. Conducted in association with Hunters & Frankau, our April tasting will take the format of a cigar dinner, featuring a four-course menu with matching cigars, canapés, Champagne, wines and digestives. £140.00 per person.
