Maintenance Manager
Hotel: The Chesterfield Mayfair

An experienced Maintenance Manager is required at the Chesterfield Hotel to manage the maintenance function at this deluxe 4 Star hotel in Mayfair.
The successful candidate will have held a similar position or Assistant manager's role for a minimum of 2 years within either a 4 or 5 star hotel. You must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of hotel maintenance requirements including statutory regulations.
You must be able to communicate effectively & lead your team of maintenance operatives as well as work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping & Front Office to ensure that any emergencies are dealt with immediately & effectively minimising any serious occurrences or hazards to guests & colleagues alike. Knowledge and experience of purchasing via a tightly controlled budget is essential along with a proven track record of working in a large, high volume property.
We require a manager that can motivate and lead a small team, have a flexible approach to your work and be a team player, supporting the team during busy periods, in addition to your own workload.
You will need a confident manner with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people
