Night Manager

The Egerton House Hotel is a stunning five star townhouse hotel located in the heart of Knightsbridge. The Front Office is looking for a Night Manager to provide our guests with outstanding customer service in this stunning Hotel.

Key responsibilities of the Night Manager will include:
• Reservations, Reception & Concierge duties
• Supervising Night Receptionists
• Supervision of the Hotel whilst on duty
• Supervising preparation and service of a basic Night Menu
• Floor checks
• Up selling products and services to guests

This is a challenging hand on position involving all Front Office operation areas. It has excellent progression opportunities within Red Carnation Hotel collection, the perfect step to those who are looking for an exciting career in Front Office.

The ideal candidate for the Night Manager should:
• Have previous Night Manager experience of one year
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be eligible to work in the UK

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, well-spoken, customer focused and proactive individual with excellent communication & motivational skills. You have to be flexible to work 45 hours a week, five days out of seven between 10.30pm and 7.30am.
