This role is perfect for a well organised, Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality. If you are looking to join a proactive team within a rewarding and expanding company then this is the perfect role for you!
Successful candidates for the Chef de Partie role will have excellent leadership and communication skills, ensuring that all kitchen stations deliver to the required standard with the support of the Executive Chef. As Chef de Partie you will be providing an outstanding level of cuisine for the restaurant, room service and event operations. You will have an eye for detail with culinary processes to Michelin star or two rosette standard.
You should have previous experience of fine dining catering, fully confident with running all kitchen sections and have gained a qualification in food preparation. You should have the drive to succeed and the passion for cooking with supervisory experience, leading kitchen sections and more junior colleagues.
