We are currently seeking an enthusiastic professional who is looking for a Desk Concierge position with a company offering fantastic growth and development opportunities. The Milestone Hotel and Suites is a beautiful five star hotel property located in London’s fashionable Kensington.
The concierge department is an integral part of the premium guest experience for this award-winning hotel. Key aspects of the role include constant interaction with hotel guests and visitors, coordinating porter activities, monitoring quality and standards of the overall guest service as well as maintaining front of hall security at all times! The Desk Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests on arrival and responding to all guest requests, including organising dinner reservations, taxi and car bookings, carrying luggage, working with fellow members of the team.
Successful applicants will be have excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English, showing a confident and professional attitude at all times. As Desk Concierge a good knowledge of London is also key to this role.
