Those familiar with Andrew Ingamells' work would do well to book into luxury London hotel the Montague on the Gardens in the new year, as the artist's material is to be displayed in the nearby Highgate Fine Art gallery.

Andrew Ingamells: Aquatint Etchings and Drawings is a collection of aquatint etchings and other drawings by the artist and is recommended by the gallery as a "must see" event for collectors.

Highgate Fine Art Gallery notes that Ingamells is one of the world's "finest etchers" and lists the collection - set to be displayed between January 16th 2008 and February 16th 2008 - as "supreme".

London's CCA Galleries has hosted a large collection of Ingamells' work, including Arcadia, Pisa Cathedral and the Leaning Tower and Prospectus Londinensis, and notes that the artist is a "master" in his field.

Ingamells' eye for detail has led to comparisons being made between himself and master artists of the Neo Classical and Renaissance eras.
