Sigur Ros at Alexandra Palace

Icelandic band Sigur Ros are set to appear at Alexandra Palace as part of a large tour to promote their new album.

The quartet are showcasing their latest work, entitled Med Sud I Eyrum Vid Spilum Endalaust or With a Buzz in our Ears We Play Endlessly, bringing their show to the London location on November 20th to 21st.

Other countries the band are set to appear in include Japan, Spain, Portugal and Holland.

The concert is set to start at 18:30 GMT and run until 22:30, with tickets priced at £26.50.

Music fans wanting to rest their heads after the performance can stay at the nearby Montague on the Gardens luxury hotel and choose the Get More From Your Stay package, which includes tickets for the London Eye and a pre-theatre dinner.

Sigur Ros have recently announced they plan to release a deluxe edition of the album, which will include a book of band photos and a Making of... DVD.

The documentary will follow the band as they perform in England, Mexico and the US and was created by Nick Abrahams.
