Eco Design Christmas Fair, Old Truman Brewery, London

Event: Eco Design Christmas Fair

Those who want an environmentally-conscious Christmas can pick up some presents at the Eco Design fair in London.

Held at the Old Truman Brewery from December 13th to 14th, attendees can select a range of gifts, from jewellery to toys and clothes.

The festive event runs from 12:00 to 19:00 GMT on the Saturday and from 11:00 until 19:00 GMT on the Sunday.

Backing up the fair's eco-credentials are products like organic clothing, vintage items and Fairtrade goods.

Those attending will pay £2 to get in or £1 for concessions.

It is the fourth year for the fair, after being set up in 2004 by Louise Kamara so she could sell environmentally-friendly products to the public during the festive period.

Some items may also be cheaper as people have the opportunity to buy directly from the maker.

People looking for a luxury London hotel to lay their head can visit the nearby Montague on the Gardens.

The hotel offers a number of packages, including the Magical London deal, which gives residents a Christmas gift and tea for two with festive cake.
