Our Internet and television service is offered by Quadriga who is a leading provider of digital communication and guest entertainment services to the hospitality industry across Europe and the Middle East.

Internet

• High speed Internet is provided using a supplied CAT5 cable (RJ45) that plugs into your notebooks Ethernet / network socket.

Technical Speak : A DHCP server allocates an IP address to your Notebook when you plug in the cable. Therefore the Notebook needs to have Protocol TCP/IP set to 'Obtain an IP Address Automatically'. Your Internet browser settings for LAN connection need to have no proxy server configured.

• Wireless (WI-FI) high-speed Internet connection is available throughout the hotel. Notebook must have Wi-Fi Connectivity. 

Technical Speak : wireless standard 802.11a/b/g

• Interactive television system using wireless keyboard allowing Internet connectivity to guests travelling without Notebooks.

• Analogue line for dial modems provided in each bedroom (cables not provided).

• Wireless Internet connection available in conference rooms and public areas.

• A PC in the hotel lobby provides high speed Internet and printing. Vouchers can be purchased from reception.

• Interactive television system (latest movies on demand, Internet access, radio stations, CD jukebox & a range of international television stations)
