    • Just returned from yet another amazing stay at your hotel. Stayed in the deluxe Bloomsbury king room which was just luxury. The hotel staff were so attentive, polite and curtious. This is oneof the best hotels we have stayed in and would certainly recommed it to anyone. Thank you and we will see you again next year.

    • Breathtaking.... these were our first thoughts when we entered this beautiful hotel, unlike many hotel this was like walking into a stately home. First class service from the very start of our stay to the sad end. Wonderful surprise to be upgraded as it was our anniversary.     • The hotel, the room and your people were of a very high class and met, even exceeded, our expectations. You went the extra mile before being asked to. In this day and age of hectic work lifestyles it was a pleasure to slow down and let someone else take care of our needs. We will be returning around Christmas time as we always come to London to see a show and stay overnight The service as well as the location of the hotel is where we will be staying. The re-vist could be earlier if I can plan some time Thank you for making our special weekend very special.
