This month, we're launching our cocktail bar pop up and celebrating St. Patrick's Day!


St. Patrick's Day / Irish Week
17th - 19th March 2019

It is time to go green and wish 'céad míle fáilte' to your friends and colleagues. Chef Martin Halls will be preparing a traditional dish, including Irish stew and smoked salmon. Enjoy a glass of Guinness or Irish whisky to enhance the experience.

South African wine tasting
Throughout March 2019

Sample three premium wines from the Bouchard Estate. A brief explanation of the wines (two red and one white) from the hotel's sommelier selection. This will last approximately 20 minutes, after which guests are free to enjoy the wines at their own leisure. To round off the experience, each wine will be expertly matched with canapés inspired by the nation's cuisine, for an authentic South African experience.

Mix It
1st March - 4th May 2019

Become a mixologist at our new cocktail bar pop up! With help from our bartenders, you will experiment with different ingredients and create your own wonderful concoctions. Sessions will be two hours long.

Time: Wednesday - Friday, 6pm seating | Saturday, 3pm and 6pm seating
Venue: Garden Terrace

Mother's Day Afternoon Tea

Say thank you to your mother in style. This year, we have crafted a special Mother's Day Afternoon Tea, which includes a glass of "Mum" Champagne.
