We have an exciting opening as Sales Coordinator in our stunning Montague on the Gardens Hotel. We can provide excellent training and development opportunities to help you succeed in this role. You will need to have a sparkling personality and be enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Director of Sales with all administrative tasks
- Assisting with sales calls and researching the market
- Assisting the Conference and Banqueting department when needed
- Handling of external and internal communications
- To be fully aware of the facilities and events within the Montague on the Gardens and to actively promote the hotel

The ideal candidate should:
- Have previous experience in hotels, ideally within Sales or Reservations/Front Office
- Have an excellent telephone manner
